Tips & tricks for a new body...

How's your conversion to a healthy lifestyle going!?  If you need a little help keep reading...
March has been classified as National Nutrition Month.  To me nutrition is not only eating right but also getting in some much needed movement i.e. exercise!

Jumping rope is one of the easiest ways to get in a good workout ....right after my Jesus Body workout video of course :)

Cardio Workout
One of the easiest ways to do this is during an hour long television program have your jump rope nearby.  During the commercial breaks grab your jump rope and starting jumping.  Most hour long programs are setup to show the program for 30 minutes and show commercials for another 30 minutes.  Thus giving you a 30 minute cardio workout while watching your favorite show!

Benefits of jumping rope
* Improves your coordination and agility as well as increasing your endurance and strength
* Works almost every muscle in your body
* No need for a gym membership (which equals more money in your pocket!)
* Super inexpensive and traveler friendly
* Helps to burn fat quickly

Now that you have a good exercise to do, how about some delicious recipes....
